Empowering the Youth One Step at a Time!

Mentoring Plus has been at the forefront of making a difference in  the lives of youth since 2019. Mentoring Plus of Nebraska, a registered non-profit organization, started its program as a way to re-engage young adults and provide them with opportunities to learn specific academic, emotional and  social skills, along with networking and other “soft skills”.  Mentoring Plus provides youth with the tools, resources and the confidence necessary to graduate into careers and good jobs,  finding stable employment disrupting  chronic unemployment trends. Mentoring Plus, through its Face-to-Face platform, determined the key is for students to  graduate and enroll in and complete programs offered at Nebraska’s Community colleges, small colleges, and Universities.
